WHAT IS WRONG WITH PEOPLE??????? Even O. J. Thinks This Guy Is Guilty! Everyone in the country has been following the investigation and search of Laci Peterson, the pregnant woman from Modesto, CA who was reported as missing on Christmas Eve morning. Is there anyone in their right mind out there who even considers the fact that the idiot husband Scott didn't do it? Lets look at the evidence that is continuously piling up against him. First of all, why the hell is this guy going on a fishing trip 100 miles away from home on Christmas Eve when he has a 7 1/2 month pregnant wife at home? If not a murderer, he's at least an inconsiderate, selfish ass. He also took a $250,000 life insurance policy out on Laci when it was discovered she was pregnant. Speaking of Christmas Eve, a woman reported to police that she heard a woman's screams on Christmas Eve morning for a few seconds at the Berkeley Marina at the same time Scott said he was there. Scott was conveniently silent about the fact that he was having an affair with another woman. In fact, he outright denied it. Then, once the woman saw Laci's story on the news, she came forth to the police and to the press about her relationship with Scott. All of a sudden, Scott comes clean about the whole thing. He claims that Laci knew about it and was okay with it. OKAY WITH IT??? A woman in Texas just got convicted for running over her cheating husband with her Mercedes 3 times, and we're expected to believe Laci was okay with it??? I don't know many women that would be, especially a pregnant one. Scott also refuses to take a polygraph test. I wonder why, seeing how he claims to have nothing to hide. Laci's family held a candlelight vigil for her on New Year's Eve. Not only did Scott not sit by Laci's grieving family, but he "hung around" with friends, smiling, laughing and having a gay old time. Not exactly what you'd expect to see from a man who just lost his wife and unborn son. I watched Diane Sawyer's interview with Scott, and I wanted to slap him across the face the entire time. He had this ridiculous grin on his face while speaking about Laci...in the past tense, might I add. What kind of grieving husband and father-to-be would be able to talk about his missing wife and son with a smirk on his face??? And why is he talking about her in the past tense? Perhaps he knows something we don't?? A neighbor reported to police that he saw Scott putting a large object wrapped in a blue tarp into the back of his vehicle on the morning Laci disappeared. Scott claims the object inside the tarp was actually several marketing umbrellas, which are 8 feet in diameter and that he was bringing them down to the warehouse to store them because it was raining. Mmmm, interesting. Weren't umbrellas invented for the sole purpose of protecting other things from the rain? It would only be natural to assume then that umbrellas are WATER PROOF! There is also apparently 2 bags of cement missing from where Scott works. Can you see the pieces of the puzzle quickly come together yet? Since Laci's disappearance, Scott has spent an awful lot of time playing golf and disappearing for long periods of time. He also traded in Laci's Land Rover for a Dodge Ram pick-up truck for himself. Who the hell would do this??? Unless you knew 100% that she was never coming back, wouldn't you keep her vehicle in hope that she would someday come back and drive it again like she always had? Not only that, but as early as 5 days after Laci's disappearance, Scott had a realtor come to their house to discuss selling their home!!! Again, if Scott truly believed someone had kidnapped Laci, wouldn't one think that he'd want to keep the house they shared together with the hope that soon she would be back home again? What if she was kidnapped and rescued, only to come back and find that her asshole husband spent all this time trading in her car, selling her home, and basically getting rid of anything that had anything to do with her? Gee, thanks for the warm welcome back, dear!!! Scott agreed to several televised interviews against the advice of his lawyer. That lawyer has since dropped him as a client. Scott has since hired a PR team to repair his public image. Now I ask you, how can anyone look at these circumstances and possibly think for even a second that this guy is innocent? Let's use some common sense here, people!!!!!!!!!! This is so obvious even O.J. Simpson must think he is guilty as sin! For Laci's sake and for her family's sake, I truly hope she is still alive and that this moron didn't kill her, but it's not looking too good. If he did in fact murder his wife and unborn son, I hope the dickhead fries. Not only would he be a ruthless, heartless murderer, but he would also be one of the stupidest human beings ever to walk the face of the earth. His brain would resemble that of the one-celled ameba. If you are guilty of murdering your wife and are trying to cover it up, you MIGHT want to appear to be grieving at least a little bit! Trading her car in and attempting to sell the house are not the types of actions that imply innocence. And you might want to appear distraught, saddened, and perhaps even shed a tear or two. Jackass.
